  1. I'd also like a deeper understanding. After my initial run, every time I run it, more images are being deleted from my launchbox folder(?!). The last run almost 10% of my images were deleted. I choose the second option each time.
  2. Super cool! Why does it say Launchbox?
  3. I think the issue you mention is fundamental in the Launchbox DB. It shouldn't be hard to find 2/3/4 player games. I noticed that for the "play mode" field for console platforms, the value is "multiplayer", even when the Launchbox DB value is "4", which should instead be a value like "4-Player Simultaneous".
  4. Nevermind, I figured it out. The filters use "OR" instead of "AND".
  5. Selecting 25-30(?) platforms for a playlist makes auto-populate kinda pointless. It would be nice if all fields were searchable, and the filters were additive (AND) instead of just "OR" in the future to allow inverted queries. Thanks for the replies.
  6. My workaround: Batch edit every handheld platform and set the field portable=true. This seems to be an unused field. Auto-Populate: True Title contains = "Golf" & Portable = "False"
  7. I want to create a playlist with games from multiple consoles & arcade titles. I guess I can't do this: Auto-Populate: True Title contains = "Golf" & Platform Category = "Console"
  8. Hmm.. So the EU versions would be preferred for low-end hardware?
  9. It looks like "Platform Category" doesn't filter games, it only groups playlists
  10. I don't want to seperate, I want to a field to filter for auto-populate. I set my auto-populate playlist to "Platform Category: Consoles", but Handhelds are showing. How do you auto-populate a playlist based on platform category? Example: auto populated playlist with only console golf games.
  11. Is there a way to filter for just console games to create a playlist? I see a "portable" field, but not sure what it does. I don't see any others that would be relevant. Thanks
  12. I'm having trouble finding 4 player games for anything other than the Arcade platform. They appear to be numerically labeled in the games DB (Play Mode = 4), but appear as "Multiplayer" in Launchbox. Also the Launchbox DB submit form only supports numerical values for Play Mode (4), not the values in the Launchbox UI (4-Player Simultaneous) Is this deliberate? How do I create a playlist for 3/4/6/8 player console titles? Thanks!
  13. Should this work? Play Mode = Blah & Platform Is Not Equal To BlahBlah & Platform Is Not Equal To BlahBlahBlah I tried and it ignores the "Is Not Equal To" lines
