reddingmyst Posted May 18, 2016 Author Posted May 18, 2016 hi there i have just bought a new computer but havent got my old launch box install file ive put my email in the box that says it will send the link but to no avail no link in email any help would be apreciated because i would really like to get big box up on my tv lol thanks just to add i did license it and paid last month on my last computer
AutumnSounds Posted May 18, 2016 Posted May 18, 2016 Gotta ask the obvious: Have you checked your spam folder and doubled checked the spelling of your email address when entering it? The email may be not always be the same one you used to purchase your licence / joined this forum with.

The download email should work fine but every once in a while the email provider takes longer than it should. Let me know if you still haven't gotten the email.
