A program to delete, not just filter, MAME games?

Having the option to filter out the MAME junk is nice, but I want to go a step farther. Is there any program that someone knows of that lets me do this? I'd love to have the ability to delete a game and all its versions in one shot, but also be able to delete selected versions of a game too. Thanks!

I think I found a good solution for this. Especially because I plan to keep 2 different ROM libraries. 1. Is my filtered out library of games I intend to play 2. Is the full mame set, in case I ever want to add something back into the library. Lightspeed seems like it'll work out well. What I'll do first is filter the full mame set, but very broad. I'll take out obvious stuff I have no use for (Such as casino games), and then I'll run through the list of games it gives me, removing anything I don't want. When I'm ready to go, I'll choose the option to copy/move the roms into my filtered folder. This way I can keep the full set as a backup, and all the games I do want will go into the filtered library. I'll report back!

You can't just delete files because you will break some games. Some mame games will use files from another game or a clone. The only way is to isolate the games you want and try them out one by one and see if they work or if they require additional files. This is fine for your current set but it means you can't update your set in the future or you will have to do it all over again.

Huh, I knew about how some versions would need the parent ROM, but never knew that sometimes you actually need a clone.
