In Windows 10 full screen don't work with 'Alt+Enter', but with 'Alt+Shift+Enter'. So utilize in Module ahk this:

KeyUtils.Send("!+{Enter}")    ; Go Fullscreen, DeSmuME does not support auto-fullscreen yet     -----     Line 100
