Sega Model 2 emulator on a multiple monitor setup

My desk in the basement is a 6 monitor setup that runs off of an Asus ET2410 which is a 24 inch touch screen All-In-One with an i3 2120 and 4GB of RAM it supports one HDMI out port and I have 4 DisplayLink adapters for the other monitors so today while sitting here and updating this version of LB I decided to swap out a small wide screen monitor with a square Dell monitor that I bought at a trading post to hook up to my then headless server but today I thought what will it look like if I setup this monitor to run everything on a 4:3 monitor instead of my giant TV and I must say it does look nice not nice enough that I will play with the black bars on the sides of my HDTV but nice enough to setup this one PC to run everything in the original Aspect. Any way now I'm rambling about my setup so now to the issue. I managed to get LB to open on my preferred monitor and then went into the settings of RA and did the same changing the monitor index and the Aspect Ratio there so far everything is good then I come to the Model 2 emulator and I can't figure out how to get it to open in full screen on any monitor except the 1st monitor if I move the window and then switch back to fullscreen it moves it back to the other screen really will suck if I can't get it to work with everything. Model 2 emulator could use some feature improvement to bad it never gets any love.
