Retroach askes for Bios_CD_E.bin (MegaCD EU BIOS) Bios_CD_U.bin (SegaVD US Bios) Bios_CD_ J.bin (MegaCD JP BIOS) or smething like that can i rename some of those i have like with the ps1. ?? SentaiBrad Posted October 17, 2016 Share Posted October 17, 2016 If you find Euro, US and Japanaese marked BIOS you can just rename them to what RetroArch is looking for, and it does need to be case sensitive as well. There is really no standard, unless you count RetroArch's naming scheme as the standard, so it can be very confusing when there are tons of other sites calling them what ever they want. Crush Posted February 5, 2017 Share Posted February 5, 2017 Check the Retroarch BIOS requirements, for example for genesis-plus-gx and picodrive cores check here: https://github.com/retropie/retropie-setup/wiki/Sega-CD Get your Bios files from any online source and then check their MD5 (the correct values are in the above wiki), using an online MD5 calculator: http://onlinemd5.com/ So now you know if your Bios files are correct...
