someone tells me how you would use the files hikarufull screen.exe?

@slashguns04 Place the hikarufullscreen.exe inside your demul folder.  Open LaunchBox go to your Hikaru games, right click, edit game then click on tab additional apps and follow below screenshot do this for each hikaru game make sure the before box is ticked it works brilliant thanks to @Vlansix
