How can I get rid of the second screen

For me this is really annoying having to go through hoops just to start my game what I would like is to be able to click on the game name and it just fires that game up instead of having to go to another screen in the selection process.   I have added to screenshots named Screen01 and Screen02 these show what i'm trying to do I want to have screen 1 and click on the game name and it loads it without having to go to screen 2 at all because for me I already know what I want to do and that is to load that  game that I have already chosen to play.

You can turn it off in the options turn off game details I believe is the option

By default with an XBox controller the A button takes you to the 2nd screen but the X button will load the rom directly.

This does for me at least without any extra configuring.
