VLC does not want to run the preview. when I select a theme video to download, the green bar goes to the end and it sits for ages (10-15mins) without finishing the download. However, to be honest video preview has not worked properly on my set-ups for as long as I have had Launchbox. It has been hit or miss if they will preview. I did just test downloading about 6 different platform theme videos and had no issue downloading them. For the issue with not all videos playing have you tried switching to Window Media Player?
