Sorting Games

Is it possible to manually sort games? The way some of my steam games are titled, games of the same series are spread apart.

You can arrange the games by certain fields in the View menu at the top. There is an Arrange By category in here that will help some customization on that front. Otherwise, to specifically sort games more, when you right click -> edit a game, there is a tab called Other. Click that and on this tab there is a "Sort Title" field, that you can use to specifically sort your games the way you want.

Ah... that's where it is.  The alphabetical sort of the Street Fighter games was annoying me.  :-)  Thanks.

Is it possible to sort a specific manual order of games in a playlist without affecting the sorting in it's main platform list? The method above works for playlist, but messes up main list?  I'm trying to create specific TOP 10 and TOP 100 lists, and have them not mess up the main listing in their respective system.

Also some games will appear in different ranking/places in different TOP ### lists...what is the best method for this?  Thank you.

Could you please post an example? I can't get this to work.  It doesn't acknowledge my entries. I must be doing it wrong.
