By default will LB show you only the images in your fanart folder as background but you can add/remove support for any image type you want and even specify the order in which they should be prioritized. With that said it seems that either you have a clear logo inside your fanart folder or that you have the Clear Logo image type added to your background image settings. To change the latter go to: Tools -> Options -> Images -> Background Priorities.
