dov_EL
I Have 3 PC . every time Microsoft launches a major release, I do not like to update, but completely I format the PC . Sure enough I have to repeat again the configuration launchbox + all emulators on every PC.Mainly I use only MAME and Retroarch . I saw this video and wanted to know if you can make a real backup, so you can move on all 3 of my PC not do it all again if I format the computer . at each installation in Windows 10 lacks this DLL that must be entered manually for the operation retroarch d3dx9_43.dll . This is Launchbox Dependencies link - https://mega.nz/#!Q8UVXLRT!LVjgSIkpu826al7QhV32JtOg_jBUTE726RYXX_hqi7UWe can clarify here what are the steps step by step to do to move launchbox-retroarch and mame on a new PC without reinstalling everything? So you just have to configure the controls. Edited April 10, 2017 by dovella
Jason Carr
@ETAPRIME can probably help chime in here. But generally, all that is needed for LaunchBox in particular is the latest version of the .NET framework and DirectX.
ETAPRIME
As far as I know the d3xdx9.dll is part of Direct X package. in the latest video I actually just did a fresh install of Windows 10 on that PC and all I needed was the Direct X9 Package and the, Net framework. using the same controller I set up on the other PC it works right off hand.
dov_EL
So just install only the Dependencies, and then with the files in exactly the same directory?! ? Mame does not require an installation, as well as retroarch, in reality they are only compressed files. THANK YOU
LogicalEgo
Any possible way to include or force install the dependencies with a fresh LB install?
