What Forum Front End does Launchbox use?

These forums are really gorgeous, and I'm really just curious what forums these are? I don't know much about forum packages that exist, but like is this phpBB or some other alternative?

We got this forum from the EmuMovies guys, and I believe they custom built them.

I'm pretty sure its a commercial product I've used forums just like it before the one I wanted to reference though seems to be shutdown now so can't provide an example

The EM guys still helped us with it, that's as far as my knowledge with that goes.
