Need help with nestopia in retroarch please

Hi there i am trying to reduce my emulators down and just just use retroarch where possible but i have run into a problem with the nes  using nestopia when i try to play a game on retroarch the cursor goes round for a bit and then nothing but if i go into retroarch and load content it works fine can anyone help me please

So, you cannot launch a rom from Launchbox.

But if u manually load the core and content from Retroarch it works?

Thanks, I kept that one extremely simple and to the point and it applies to pretty much all the other cores.

Once you watch a few videos you get the hang of it with the command lines I had a bunch of trouble amd confusion to start but Brads videos and everyone really helped out til I got the hang of it.
