DOS76 Posted July 29, 2017 Posted July 29, 2017 Are you setting it up with RA instead of MAME and have you tried to use the force MAME naming checkbox during the import I think that forces the form to be included. 1 Quote

Force mame checkbox did the trick. I was using mame not RA. Quote
