XML import?

Hello,

I am trying to import my hyperpin trackball.xml file into Launchbox.  The reason is that I would like to have playlists that have game listed as Gun Games, Trackball, Puzzle, etc and Launchbox does not do that right out of the box with my games.

I have a Trackball.xml file with 3 games in it, because going though hundreds of games and manually adding them woul be nightmarish.

So, if possible:

1. Is there any way I can download a LB XML list with games listed or

2.  Import a Trackball.xml list from MAME to launch box.

I tried Lightspeed, but it does not create the list I need.

HI,

I would try doing in this way. Create a playlist for "GUN GAMES" in LB. Then add a couple of games just to fill out some of the xml. Then navigate to your "GUN GAMES.xml" probably in ..LAUNCHBOX\DATABASES\PLAYLISTS\gungames.xml

Then copy the format for your existing list
