DonsSword
So I've been emulating on the Wii for a couple of years, but I'm upgrading my emu gaming to my Windows Steam PC so I can include N64, PS1, Dreamcast, and PS2. I have all my ROMs and ISOs organized by platform, and grabbed LaunchBox premium because its obviously awesome. I started importing my Atari games, but noted that after you add the games, the emulator, and files from EmuMovies, going console by console is taking some time. Is there an easier way for me to batch process multiple consoles at the same time?
Lordmonkus
Nope, one system at a time.
DonsSword
Thank you LordMonkus. Good to know that I'm not missing out on a faster way.
Lordmonkus
If you want to save some time on the initial import of games you can simply import them without downloading any of the media and then go back afterwards and get the media using the "Download Metadata and Media" option in the Tools menu. bvcbcvbcvbcvbvcbvcbcv
@Lordmonkus But how is that any faster though? Being the fact that he will still eventually have to download all of the Metadata, and media at some point, won't it still take the same amount of time in the end? DOS76
Its faster in that it will import the games quickly and then you have access to playing them while you wait for the media to import.
