Endrun Posted October 23, 2017 Posted October 23, 2017 I purchased a year long subscription for launchbox a little over a year ago now. However since my subscription expired every single time I open launchbox I am presented with a prompt to renew my subscription and the message hides itself behind my launchbox window, making it even more of an annoyance. I am happy with the features I already have and don't want to renew my subscription for more, is there anyway to disable this prompt?
Lordmonkus Posted October 23, 2017 Posted October 23, 2017 Hopefully someone gets you an answer on this because I have a lifetime license so I have never seen that message or had to deal with it. 1
neil9000 Posted October 23, 2017 Posted October 23, 2017 I also have a lifetime license so am unable to replicate this, however I did have a thought that may or may not work. Do you have automatic updates enabled in Tools/Options/Updates? It could be that it's the first thing that is checked when you launch the program, and it finds a newer version, but then cross references with your license which say's you can not download updates anymore. So try turning automatic updates off. 1

Lordmonkus Posted October 24, 2017 Posted October 24, 2017 Good to hear you got it sorted out, I should have thought of turning off the updates.
