I am extremely excited to get this up and running.  Just a total noob question.  Launchbox is mainly a front end correct?  In other words, It still runs all of my ROMS from their original emulators?  I am also having a hard time getting games to work for Neo-Geo.  I do have MAME64 0.191 however one of my games wont work and I am assuming that's it's not correctly dumped?

Thanks for the help all

Correct, Launchbox is just a frontend and does not come with any emulators, you will need to provide those yourself. As for your neo geo games, you say you have MAME emu version 0.191, are your roms also from version 0.191? MAME can be very fussy with roms, so in general your version of the emu should match with the version of the roms you have. Do you have a current MAME romset?

Oh and welcome to the community. :)

Thanks.  That's the problem the site I go to says they've updated their MAME section to 0.184.  How can I tell if the Neo-Geo ROMS were updated?

If you open MAME and go to the Neo Geo game in the MAME list then click on the info tab in the right side pane it should show you if the rom passes audit or not.

If your roms are version 0.184 then try version 0.184 of MAME so that they match up, also do you have the neo geo bios?

hahaha....apparrently all I needed was the damn neogeo bios....LOL

Cool glad you got it working. Bear in mind then that if you are downloading individual roms that you will need a bios for all the different arcade cabinets. It may be worth you googling "MAME bios pack" so that you have all the bios for all the different type's of arcade cabinets.
