Guywiththegun
I (and I'm sure many others) have an arcade cabinet that is two players. Ideally, when I select "The Simpsons", I want it to launch the 2 player clone so each player can select a character. That goes for TMNT, X-Men and many other games. What is the best way to make this happen? I am coming off of the Attract Mode frontend where I used Romlister to make a custom folder of roms. Attract Mode would then automatically create a game list based on the files in the rom folder. I would also like "USA" region to be favored, so for example, X-Men vs Street Fighter launches the USA clone.
Lordmonkus
Easiest way is to edit the game and change the rom that launches.
DOS76
You can favor a region but not which version you get if you find that LB has the wrong version showing you will have to find the rom name of the version you want and edit it manually. sockgoblin
in mala it is possible to make sub menus consisting of a type or groups of games, For example I have Dads Oldies, Trackball Games, 2 Player games etc there is an option to add the games to each list. No sure if Launchbox has this . Maybe others can help
DOS76
you can right click on any game in LB and add it to a custom named playlist so you can make your own lists. Edited November 21, 2017 by DOS76
