mightymo77 Posted December 26, 2017 Share Posted December 26, 2017 Hello everyone. Every time I choose a "Platform" on the left and then scroll through the list of games, it has to load the image. I am having this problem using a nas system, but if images are stored locally no lag. you may also want to go into settings and change the cache size. mightymo77 Posted January 2, 2018 Author Share Posted January 2, 2018 At the time of my post I had them stored on my Dropbox. However since then I started running out of Dropbox space, so I reinstalled LaunchBox fresh onto a Samsung Evo+ 256GB micro SD card. I didn't even see the RAM Cache settings in LaunchBox's options. neil9000 Posted January 2, 2018 Share Posted January 2, 2018 The way I have mine setup is I have all the images in the Launchbox folder on my ssd, but I have all my roms and videos on another drive, this works just fine and means that my launchbox folder on my C: drive is 72GB when it would be more than double that if I had the videos there as well. I built it in 02/2013, has an Intel Core i3-3225 using the onboard graphics (Intel 5500 HD Graphics) with 8GB RAM. I have been waiting patiently for the Intel 8th generation NUCs to come out. I wish they would hurry up already. I plan on buying one, and putting 16GB RAM in it. Thanks again everyone for the help with this. I just discovered LaunchBox a few weeks ago and I love it.
