Based on previous experiences, the majority of the games should be compatible while some will not because of changes made by the MAME team or new/better roms have become available, causing the previous ones to become obsolete

Kind of why I only really update when there is something substantial to make me want to update. Don't always need the latest if it is not that much of an update.
