Help with Big Box Clear logo

Hey guys! I can’t seem to get it right with clear logos for ps2 and SNK neo geo. Instead of logos I get plain text.  I installed Big Box yesterday, and all other platforms show up fine. See attachement if you need to see for yourselves. Thanx a bunch!!

are your clear logos named the same as what you named the platform?
are your clear logos in the correct folder path?
have you refreshed platform clear logos? (never works for me, so refresh all images instead)

Hmm.. well no. I’ve named them clear logo.png ☺️ I’ll try to change their names. The files are in the clear logo path under respective platform. It’s weird it worked by itself on all platforms but these two.

They need to be named exactly the same as you have your platform named in order to show, so if your platform is called "Sony Playstation 2" then the logo should be named that also. Also case matters, and often PlayStation has a capital P and a capital S so check that.

While there are a lot of logos included with the program, not everything is covered so downloading and adding some manually may be required for some platforms.
