A way to see games without videos

There is an audit feature in Launchbox you can run per platform. It will show you an Excel style grid showing some of the metadata fields (it does not show notes), the video path (it will show this only if a video exists for the game) and some image types. You can copy it and export it to use as a way to see some of the data that may be missing. It is not inclusive of all media types and metadata types Launchbox holds so just an FYI.

Click on a platform (let's say Arcade) and when you go to Tools just over half way down you will see "Audit Arcade". Each time you choose a platform it will show that platforms name after Audit.

Thanks!.

In the Auditing window,

  • Select one of the games
  • Press Ctrl+A to select all
  • Press Ctrl+C to copy
  • Open your new/blank spreadsheet
    • press Ctrl+V to paste the contents of your clipboard into the spreadsheet
