Launchbox uses a lot of RAM

IMHO it is a blessing that Launchbox uploads all the XML on RAM (at least I guess, it does)

It will be a great bottleneck to be parsing them on the harddisk.

I do not know whether Jason has ever thought of the idea to scrap the XML and adopt JSON.

1)It is a far more smaller footprint implementation

2)The parsers are far more sophisticated and quicker

3)It matches his name hahahahaha

Ok, now I understand why It  charge RAM. Thank you!

Chrome is an exaggerated devourer of RAM memory, especially if you use chrome extensions ...

Yes, because it is storing the open tabs to ram for smoother and quicker performance. Same with Launchbox, it is storing images and metadata to ram so that they load quicker when accessed, Launchbox would be much slower if it had to load that data from your hard drive every time it accessed it.

I understand ... looking at my virtual memory, I have seen that part of the process is stored in Virtual Memory (VM). I guess this will cause the program to slow down a bit.
