What ever view you are using edit that xaml. It will be something like Wheel2GamesView.xml or one of the others. Edit with something like NotePad++. Good thing about his xml files is each section is clearly labeled. So just look for the metadata sections. In the TextBlocks edit the color in the "Foreground" spot.
