ItchyRobot Posted April 10, 2020 Posted April 10, 2020 I am new to PS1 emulation, and just want to make sure I have my ducks in a row before mass importing... My source is for Autobleem, what ever that means. The roms look to be in the PBP format and are all in separate folders, per game; with a couple other files too. About 1800 separate folders. See image below. I was hoping to use RetroArch as my emulator since I already have it setup for some other consoles. Is that ok with this format and folder structure? Quote
Lordmonkus Posted April 10, 2020 Posted April 10, 2020 Autobleem is basically for hacking the Playstation Classic https://www.autobleem.tk/ You don't need any of those files that you have showing there except the .pbp file, that is the actual game rom file. You can use those files in Retroarch with the Beetle / Mednafen core. 1 Quote
ItchyRobot Posted April 10, 2020 Author Posted April 10, 2020 Thanks guys @Lordmonkus Any programs or explainable ways to extract that file type out of 1800 folders? Or is it OK to just leave them in that folder structure? @neil9000 Bios, for PS1 console or each game? Can you tell me the file name/type for the bios? Quote

You will need these three files, ones USA, one is Europe and one is Japan. As for importing go to the parent folder and type *.pbp into windows explorer search bar and click one then CTRL A to highlite them all and drag and drop onto Launchbox. 1 Quote
