PS1 emulation

I am new to PS1 emulation, and just want to make sure I have my ducks in a row before mass importing...

My source is for Autobleem, what ever that means. The roms look to be in the PBP format and are all in separate folders, per game; with a couple other files too. About 1800 separate folders. See image below.

Thanks guys
@Lordmonkus
Any programs or explainable ways to extract that file type out of 1800 folders? Or is it OK to just leave them in that folder structure?

Bios, for PS1 console or each game? Can you tell me the file name/type for the bios?

You will need these three files, ones USA, one is Europe and one is Japan.
