isamu
Hi guys. I have two noob question about RetroArch and LaunchBox....... 1)Is there a command line of some kind, that I can use within LB to tell RA to launch a specific file within a zip file? I'm currently having an issue where RA will attempt to launch the .cue file rather than the .iso file within my 3DO.zip files. I want it to attempt to launch the .iso file instead, and don't have the space on my HD to unpack all my 3DO games. Is there a command line I can apply from within LaunchBox, that accomplishes this? 2)Somewhat along the same lines as question #1, my romsets are merged .zip files. When I imported them into LaunchBox, I did so and combined the clones. Now, quite a few zip files contain three versions of the same game but from different regions. For example, my Nintendo set has USA, Japan and Europe/PAL all in the same .zip archive. How can I tell RetroArch to launch a specific version of the game from within the .zip archive file? Is there a command line I can type into the Launchbox options somewhere, that tells Retroarch to launch say, SuperMarioAlltars(U) rather than SuperMarioAllstars(J) ? Please let me know and keep up the good work

The core does not support loading of that file, it wants the cue file or one of the other compatible file extensions: https://docs.libretro.com/library/4do/#extensions 2: Sorry, I don't have an answer for this one, hopefully someone else can help with that one. neil9000
2: You cant. And you shouldnt have your roms zipped like that in the first place, i dont know of any frontend or emulator that would work with files like that. You want individual games in there own zips, or better still not zipped at all, you are really not saving any space at all with files that small in the first place.
