Dreamcast Core that can use rar files?

Hey guys,

I have a mixed bag of Dreamcast Roms, some in cdi format and some compressed with winrar in rar format.  Is there any way to use the rar files without decompressing?  Not a huge deal if I have to decompress but would rather leave them if possible.

Currently using Flycast core

rar It's not supported, only zip AND chd.

there is a checkbox for unpacking archives in the emulator settings in LB that may work with rar files but I'm not 100% sure on that.
