legolas119 Posted August 10, 2020 Posted August 10, 2020 HI, I have already imported in LB my Steam games. Now I have to import some PC games: some of them are installed, others are only .exe file, which not require installation. I tried to use the function Tools --> Import --> Windows games, but LB automatically detected these programs I have only to import games, also not installed (because they don't need installation, it is neccasry to run them only with a double click on the .exe file). Which is the right way in order to create the PC platform with its games inside? thanks! Quote
C-Beats Posted August 10, 2020 Posted August 10, 2020 Easiest way is to just drag/drop the .EXE to LaunchBox Quote
legolas119 Posted August 10, 2020 Author Posted August 10, 2020 mmm...but how can LB create the right platform and so on? this is my Windows section, automatically created when I imported Steam games. Is it correct to drag/drop my .exe file directly in this Windows section? Or is it better to create a new Platform for example named "PC" (under the COMPUTERS category) and then dran/drop there the pc games (not related with Steam, of course)? Quote

I have all PC games under a Windows platform. I do not want to manage a unique platform for Windows base games. If you want them in a unique pc platform just create it and scrape it as Windows then when you add it select the correct platform. Quote
legolas119 Posted August 11, 2020 Author Posted August 11, 2020 ok, i will add pc games in the same Windows section as Steam games. So i drag/drop for example this .exe file and it appears this screen: I suppose I have to choose the 3rd option, right? thanks! Quote
