Starting BigBox starts my intro video, however LEDBlinky takes around 10 seconds to start. The problem I am having is I would like to have LEDBlinky start when my intro video starts. Can LEDBlinky start sooner somehow?

I dont know much about LED Blinky, but the startup videos are played before Launchbox has actually launched. Its just VLC playing a file while Launchbox loads in the background, so there is no data for Launchbox to send to LED Blinky at that point. At least thats my best guess.

Could the pause be from LEDBlinky parsing the mame.xml and/or creating the minimized mame.xml it uses?

Maybe have LEDBlinky load on Windows startup instead of when Big Box launches. Another option is create a small AHK, to launch BB. Have it start LEDBlinky first, pause a bit and than launch BB normally.

Edit: Or delay the mame xml loading. As per LEDBlinky site:

On the MAME Config tab, uncheck the "Preload MAME Data Files on Startup" option. This should allow LEDBlinky to load quickly. The MAME.xml file will be loaded the first time you select a MAME list or game. Basically, you're just pushing the delay to a later time after LEDBlinky has already started.
