quick qustion do i need bios to run the atari home computers in the atari800 core??????

Yes.

For all these cores you are asking about, you can load the core in Retroarch, and than look under Information and then Core Information and it will list the bios/files needed and if they are required.

But the thing only shows the 5200 bios, but the cores page on the the docs says i need more than the 5200 bios. So i don't know what to do.

If you want to run Atari computer media, add the BIOSes the doc page says. You likely don't need the ATARIOSA.ROM or ATARIBAS.ROM rom.

If you just want to run 5200 roms, you only need that BIOS.
