Add clickable Links in custom fields

Is it possible to add clickable hyperlinks in a custom field? Say I want to add Links for pcgamingwiki per game, and have it act like the Wikipedia url.

At the top of the page press "Help & Support" and then "Request a Feature" and file it there. That way people can vote on it and it gets in front of the developers eyes faster.

This would be a great addition. I've been trying to add other URLs to the game details, but I can't get them to show as clickable links.
