To make a new playlist show up in your Playlist platform category you must be in LB then right click the playlist name. Go to the parents tab. Make sure there is no check box ticked for "Root" and then place a check box next to your Playlist category.

You point to it with your mouse and right click. You have to be in LB not BB.

Did you create the playlist you want yet? Your original post made it sound like you have and just do not know how to get it to show in a playlist category. Or do you need help making a playlist as well?

You would also have to create a category called "Playlist". It is not something there by default.

Right click any platform name on the left hand window pane of LB and a choose Add New > Category.

oh and one more thing....... how do i get my clear logos to show up for my playlists in big box.

You have to add the clear logo to the playlists image folder and name it exactly as the playlist is named. If they do not show after that go to BigBox settings and in images section refresh the image cache.

Sometimes you just have to wait. Small forum and not everyone responds.

Time regions are a thing also, you posted that at 6:30am my time, and i'm UK, it would of been more like1:30am in a lot of the US, where a large number of our users are based. So if you are expecting immediate responses at that time of the night, well you can see what happens, people go to bed.
