norwichred Posted August 9, 2021 Share Posted August 9, 2021 (edited) So. I have a licence for the product and I am sorting out a big box install on my GPD Win Max. I’ve never had this problem with big box before, but it’s downloading maybe 1 in 1000 images and giving errors for all the others. Out of more than 5000 games across multiple platforms, it’s downloaded less than 100 games correctly and given errors on the rest. Retro808 Posted August 10, 2021 Share Posted August 10, 2021 What errors are you getting? (can you post a pic). We have seen issues with EmuMovies API timing out and I think the team is looking into it. Current work around is to Import your games first then run the image downloads afterwards. Since some issues are coming from timeouts with the EMumovies we would recommend if you want to get media from them run it in blocks of say 500 games. When you say to uncheck the option for "rough matching" where would I find that option? Is that the one that says "Remove roughly-matched duplicate images (recommended)" in the Metadata and Media Wizard? Or would it exist in a settings or preferences window somewhere? Thanks in advance.
