Updating Launchbox Issue

I saw that Launchbox version 12.0 was released yesterday at launchbox-app.com/about/changelog but i am not able to update to it via the hamburger menu>Help>Check for Updates method.  Is there another method to try that will make this update happen ?

We held the release as we encountered some bugs on final testing. We are aiming to release 12.0 today.

Hi, i just installed the 12.0 update, it went smoothly, however now my bigbox wont load, i click the icon, its spins for a few seconds like its loading then nothing, ive also tried to load it within launchbox, launch box is wokring with no issue.

Check your antivirus hast removed any of the new files.
