Can you be more specific on what you mean by "edit" individual platform metadata? Are you trying to change what metadata is pulled into the theme for the platform?

So I have metadata on my other platforms such as cpu, gpu, display, media etc and for platforms other than arcade and windows the info shows but for windows and arcade nothing shows. I wanted to edit them myself and type out the info but I don't know how to edit individual platforms

Because Windows and Arcade aren't as absolute in what they represent. They are a generalization of several machines. You can manually edit those details however in the Add/Edit Platform screen of LaunchBox for ANY platform. Simple go to Tools > Manage > Platforms. Find the platform you want, then select it and press edit.

That is not something edited in the Community Theme Creator. All that stuff is LB data so you have to edit in LB. Looks like @C-Beats provided steps to do just that.
