Operation Required Elevation BUG in BB

When in big box (if I forget to run BB as administrator) and try to run a game which needs to be run as administrator I will get the error " The requested operation required elevation", which is normal, but the issue is that once I receive this error I will no longer be able to use the escape key to back out of the game and I'll be stuck on the current screen forever unless I force quit BigBox.

Most games run through Tekno should not need admin rights any more. At least if you are using more updated dumps of the games and updated TeknoP. Sonic Racing runs fine without admin rights on my set-ups. As an FYI we recommend never running LB/BB as admin. It can cause more issue with emulators other than elevation issues.

Retro808 is right. If a TeknoParrot game asks for admin rights you can disable this by opening it's .xml (SSASR.xml, found in the "TeknoParrot\UserProfiles" folder) and edit it with a text editor. Find the line:

<RequiresAdmin>true</RequiresAdmin>

and change it to:

<RequiresAdmin>false</RequiresAdmin>

For me Sonic & Sega All-Stars Racing Arcade runs fine without admin rights also. But to be  sure, update TeknoParrot to the latest version as well.
