CampoJnr
I have 5,000+ games across multiple systems and although the vast majority have cover images a large number do not have a gameplay image. I know I can manually update but this would take forever! Can I copy and paste the images (using correct naming convention) into the relevant folder, as i would do on the windows version? C-Beats
Yeah. As long as the files are named correctly you can manually put them in the appropriate folders yourself and the app will use them.
CampoJnr
Thank you, although it doesn't quite work for me. If I replace an image which is already there (EG when a title screen has downloaded and I replace with a gameplay image) then it works. However, if there is no image downloaded even though I put an image in the relevant folder (named correctly etc) it will not appear - I suspect it needs some sort of refresh to update the xml file? On Android, in order for it to pick up your images, you either need to download them with Download Missing Media, or export your games/media/etc. from the desktop app.
Rertofreak84
What I do to add videos i name them with same name as rom, then go to download all missing media and unclick everything (download box art ,videos etc) let it restart and they appear cant see why this won't work for pictures too
CampoJnr
Could this issue be part of a future release? I get that I can use the desktop version and export it but that's gonna be time consuming and I've already got my games / systems in Android. I know I can do this for videos (re-import after I've put the vids in the folder) so how about for all images also? Would be very helpful!! charlesvargas
Utilize the Review instrument. Does likewise picture check rationale the "Games Missing Media" channel does prior to showing the outcomes. There are sections for the different picture bunches that let you know the number of pictures a game that has in each gathering. Simply click the segment to sort by and every one of the games with 0 pictures ought to gather to make what you're attempting to do more straightforward...
