Unexpected error when trying to run BIGBOX

Launchbox woks fine, but when I run BIGBOX it gives me an unexpected error. 

running a windows 10 laptop and launchbox version 12.14 

I've already checked antivirus, uninstalled/reinstalled, restarted pc, windows is up to date

You can just drag and drop images to the window you are typing into.

its the first launch I havent changed the theme, and I cant see anything

I got it to work by installing on a different drive

In the future if you need to change theme outside of the app because of a corruption like that you can alter the BigBoxSettings.xml file located in \\LaunchBox\Data\. Change the value in the <Theme> brackets to Default and then start Big Box back up.
