Reconnecting Games w new hard drive

My old PC died, but I had everything backed up to an external.  On the new PC, I immediately went to "FILE MANAGEMENT > RESTORE DATA BACKUP" which is great, as everything is in place, my Playlists are there, etc.

However, nothing is connected, which makes sense, since everything is in a new location.  What is the best way to go about reconnecting stuff?  I can't just dump everything from the backup harddrive to my new C:\ as it's only 500 GB SSD.  So it seems I'll have to go system-by-system, which is totally fine.  I just want all my hard work organizing this preserved.  THANKS SO MUCH IN ADVANCE!!!!!

Easiest way is to go platform by platform. Select all the games in that platform (CTRL+A works) and then go to Tools > File Management > Change ROM Path for Selected games. A wizard will come up asking you what root folder the roms are in, point it to the new location and let it do it's thing.

If you're feeling risky you could also just use string find and replace on the xaml files located in \\LaunchBox\Data\Platforms. If you do this make sure you have a backup of your files and are doing it with LaunchBox closed.
