Username already in use?

When I originally signed up to the Launchbox games database, I used a random username. I decided today to change it to Retrofrogg. When I do so, I get the message "This GamerTag is already in use by another account."

I am not aware of having made any other account. Any help appreciated!

You'd have to reach out to support@unbrokensoftware.com. Getting to the bottom of this requires personal information that shouldn't be shared on the forums. They'll need to know your current user name and the email address tied to your account.
