Retrofrogg Posted January 21 Share Posted January 21 When I originally signed up to the Launchbox games database, I used a random username. I decided today to change it to Retrofrogg. When I do so, I get the message "This GamerTag is already in use by another account." I am not aware of having made any other account. Any help appreciated! Getting to the bottom of this requires personal information that shouldn't be shared on the forums.
