Nothing has changed in LaunchBox related to EmuMovies in quite a while. Their API is down at the moment. We can't do anything on our end.

Oh, thank goodness. I thought I was going mad. I feel somewhat better now knowing I'm not the only one. In the 4 half years of using LB and emumovies, I've never had this problem 😅

Same Problem. Working until yesterday, Today, i can't login. I try logout, reset password, etc.... Don't work.....

Yeah, I have the same issue at the moment and thank god you do too. I am new to LB, not a "noob" user, I know my way around but I literally just purchased the premium LB account and lifetime access to Emu so I could start adding videos to my collection and just after doing this I get the "unable to connect" issue which I was not sure if this was on my end or an issue with my accounts or something. The EmuSync tool is working fine and I am instead having to manually download assets via that, am sure they will fix it again. probably need a new roll of duct tape or something.

Can confirm the same issue. Latest version of LB. Can log in to the EmuMovies site fine. Changed my password to one without any special characters and it made no difference.

As stated pretty much every time this happens (which unfortunately has been increasing lately for unknown reasons). This is all on EmuMovies end regarding their API. Once they fix it functionality will be restored. We haven't touched our EmuMovies code in years and so it wasn't a change on anything on our side of the equation.

@C-Beats Is it possible to:

1. Put a final pinned comment or something with what you have said.
2. Lock the thread.
3. Pin the thread in Troubleshooting.
4. Unlock thread again only if the Emumovies code in Launchbox is modified?

This might prevent more and more people from returning and responding on this same thread. Since it allows the thread to still appear on google and such.

I understand if not possible! Just trying to think of ways to prevent the same question from coming up constantly and needing the same response.

Yea, same here.  I changed my EmuMovies password twice before I finally thought to search on the forums.  Hope its fixed soon, just got a 12 TB drive to upgrade from my original 4 TB install last week, got my games installs set up and now wanting to get my metadata to see how much room I have left on it.
