Just like any other standard rom file. You can add them to an existing platform or create a unique one just for the hacks. For example if you have SNES hacks when you import them you can call the platform "SNES Hacks" and assign it the emulator you are using for the hack. You need to patch the original file though and have the working rom hack.

dmjohn0x
Launchbox wont patch your games on the fly with an IPS file, if that is what you are asking. You need to obtain the original rom and apply the romhack patch yourself, then add the modified rom to launchbox as you would any other game. Hope this clarifies. However, there is a LB plugin...
Retro808
2 hours ago, Annaknox said: To add game hacks to LaunchBox, first, ensure you have the necessary hack files (usually in the form of cheat codes or patch files). Open LaunchBox and navigate to the game you want to modify. Right-click on the game and select Edit. In the game settings window, go to the Emulation tab, where you can add the hack codes in the Command-Line Parameters section or link to the patch files in the appropriate field. For cheat codes, you may need to use an external program like Cheat Engine or an emulator with built-in cheat support. After adding the hacks, save your changes and launch the game to test if the hacks work correctly. This is incorrect, just adding a link to the patch file in the emulation tab of the game in LB will not patch the rom. LB is not capable of patching roms on the fly as was already mentioned in a prior post. The game original game rom must be patched by an external program then that new patched rom file needs to be imported or a you can use the plugin that was mentioned to streamline the patching and importing process.
