Artwork randomly missing or corrupt

I've noticed this over the past year or so, where whenever I start up Launchbox, certain games' boxart is missing. Not even shows as an outline. Along with random games' boxart goes straight up missing. I just scrolled through my NES, SNES and Genesis games and around 15 or 20 games have boxart either gone or become corrupt and I have to re-download them.

Does this happen to anyone else and is there a reason/resolution for this?

It's not often but every now and then I'll come across a game with a missing box front for a system that I know should have a full set. I've not noticed any corrupt files.
