Odd popup Window

I Don't know what i did but every time i go to manage emulators, it opens up with window. can someone tell me how to get this to stop popping up?

@JoeViking245 im seeing it again. only when i go to tools manage emulators. heres a video. im beginning to think this isn't a plugin issue. i have no more updates available in plugin manager. but i still get this. very strange

it seems when i deleted the dolphin out of the documents and made them portable, this error stopped. no i never use betas

@JoeViking245im still experiencing this issue sir any help would be appreciated. ive disabled the automatic plugin update but this still comes up. no matter what i do, i cant get rid of it. plz help

You have a version of Dolphin installed that is old and doesn't have the same help syntax to get the version number. To stop this from happening go to the record in your Manage Emulator window (the one that lists all your emulators shown in this video) and go to your old dolphin client record (tri-force is also Dolphin if using that) and then right click that row and select the "Don't Check for Updates" that appears on right click. It will disable the process that is running and attempting to find the emulator version causing that Dolphin popup.
