Removing storefronts like Amazon Games from the interface.

Do not log into those storefronts in the LB UI and make sure "Enable Automatic Imports on Startup" is not checked. (>Tools >Manage >Storefronts)

I personally don't but it was a heavily requested feature and is something a lot people use so just because you don't use it there is no reason to call moderators liars.

No. If you do not link those storefronts in the Manage Storefronts settings in LB they would not show up. How could they? LB would not know you have any games from those store fronts to import.
