3d box images

good evening 

           can anyone tell me how to fix this,  the default image is under the custom image, if I  switch themes no issue, I'm using the unified redux theme

Looks like you might have mistakenly either:

1. Added 3D Box Image to your Box - Front Image priorities. You can check this in LaunchBox under Tools > Options > Media > Box Front Priorities. If it's there, uncheck it.
2. Added a 3D Box Image into one of your Box - Front image types. If you did, you can edit the game, go to the images section, find the image and relabel it to 3D Box Image.

sorry for the late reply , it didn't work and as I mention if I choose another theme the images work as they should,  but not on unified redux them I want to use the spinning disc feature with the custom capcom disk I've been making, is there another theme that has that feature ?

The image does clearly show an issue with some image priority configuration. You can ignore it and get some pretty good results, but if you do want to look into getting that fixed up it let me know and I can help.

What you are seeing in Unified Redux theme is a 3D Model rendering your 3D Box Image on the front of it, which end up looking distorted like that.

Can you take a screenshot of your box - front priorities for me.

Tools > Options > Media > Box Front Priorities

Hoping someone can help, I just downloaded the premium forever license of Launchbox and now all of my overview section box art images for all games just show some strange vertical lines. It looks like they are 3d and can rotate but are not rendered properly at all. How do I fix this? I would like the 3d image to look correct or just go back to 2d. I will try to post an image.

There is one of two things that cause that
1) You have a "service" called Nahimic running and it needs disabled (if using a modern version of BB, it should tell you if this is the case on startup)
2) You are running an Intel integrated video card

if 2, you need to go to your Intel graphic settings and turn the Anti-Aliasing setting from Auto to On or Off (either works fine)
